Lies to customers with no remorse

If you are looking for a professional, well organized, customer friendly service do not bother with this place. They will lie to get you to work with them promising guaranteed prices and pick up dates. They don’t offer any times or condolences for mistakes made or lies told by their staff. When you ask to speak to management they are rude and unapologetic. They also rise the prices from those previously discussed and when you ask why they just say because that’s the price the one we said was a guaranteed price wasn’t guaranteed it was just a estimate regardless of what my staff has previously said to you this is what I’m saying now take it or leave it. My choice LEAVE IT! I expressed the fact that I did not like the way he spoke to his paying customers and showed no sympathy or care for you the fact that his staff is either poorly trained or just lying to customers and it does not make me want to spend my money here. The manager then went on to say well I’ll cancel your order then and the next place you find will be a lot more expensive. Here’s an update we immediately found a place that was cheaper and more professional and actually answers there phone for their customers. On a final note it is extremely difficult to get in contact with anyone from this company after the first initial call, anyone you talk to is going to be very rude, and they may even hang up on you. Overall do not spend your money here they don’t cere about their customers if I could give this place zero stars I would
