Roadrunner arranged for pick-up and delivery through a second party and both performed in an exceptionally professional manner. I had been out of the country the month prior and was a bit worried that things would not go smoothly but there were no hitches whatsoever. I am very pleased and will use their service again in the future. The only reason for the 3 stars on promptness relate to some phone delays when calling in which would be rectified by additional phone personnel.
