I had gone through two other brokers to get my car over to Oxnard CA from Dickson TN. It was one thing to another and prices going up even though there was no carrier and to top things off the first broker charged my credit card $100.00 without my permission. I finally googled companies that dealt with TN to CA and RoadRunner came up. Gave it a shot and called them up. Matthew took my call and I explained everything that I had been through and what I was dealing with to get my classic car over to CA. Before Matthew gave me an amount to transport he put me on hold to check with his dispatch to see if there was a carrier around. Low and behold he came back on the line and told me $1495 and the driver would pick up Wednesday the latest Thursday of that same week. (Mind you I called on June 26th and the car was picked up on June 31st). Hands down the best Customer Service I had dealt with regarding my car. The estimate date of drop off was July 1st. The driver called me early Saturday to let me know that my car would be delivered by 1pm. I was over the moon since I had purchased my classic car a month prior. When the car arrived there was no damage. If I ever buy another vehicle I will be contacting RoadRunner again.
