I do not have to say lots of things. This company is just the WORST out there. I have transported vehicles around the country several times so I am not a stranger on the subject.
These guys will treat you and your vehicle like garbage. They will go for a joy ride, steal things from the car and do not care whatever you say.
Center console was open and all the items were out and missing. A pair of glasses were broken. A suction cup to place navigation is also stolen. A bag placed in trunk was opened and even dozen of golf balls were opened. What kind of service is this?
They took every single penny in the car. I did not have a lot but DO YOU EXPECT THAT when you transport your vehicle?
I demanded a picture once my cars go into enclosed vehicle. I never received the photos besides ones before the cars were picked up in front of my house.
I told the guy to bring a hydrolic lift car because my Porsche is so low.... Instead, he brings an SUV with an attatchment u-haul type of open carrier so that he could bring the cars to his warehouse. Funny? I do not believe my cars were in an enclosed vehicle as promised now. I do not believe one thing this company says.
When you try to contact them and try to confront the delivery date and other things, they will toss the phone around and you will not get an answer for days. It is just a bad service with don't care minded people who steal things.
I wasted my $2,600 for the worst service I have ever had in my life. This company was used by "Universal Auto Transportation Company" in Florida. I guess this company is a sub contractor. I also put a review on initial company that I paid.
These people are not trustworthy and please pay a little more and go with a well reputable company. It was my mistake to go with this company and regret 100%.
I did not even bother claim anything because it was just disgusting dealing with these guys. I would rather suffer than dealing with these guys again to hear BS's....
