I contacted Riley Auto Transport around two weeks back regarding transporting my 2014 Toyota Camry to California.

They made me wait for two weeks telling me that they were trying to find a driver but they kept stalling me.

One day I was informed that a truck was available and asked to pay the deposit but the truck never showed up and no one called me to inform that the pick up had been cancelled. I rushed home that day to get my car ready for the pick up and waited all evening for the carrier to call me.

Next morning when I called back asking what happened I was told the truck did not have space. I would have expected the courtesy to inform me about the cancellation.

Anyway, they took way too much time and never assigned me a driver. I decided to switch to another company and they got a me a delivery date within 3 hours. The entire process was handled very unprofessionally.
