I received at least 15 emails and 10 phone calls from numerous transport services, but Cheryl with Red Carpet's response stuck out the most. I liked that I could work with one person during the process and she wasn't overwhelming. The reputation of Red Carpet Auto Transport was great and after reading the reviews, I was confident that they would be a no nonsense company to deal with. Cheryl was on top of things and helped me throughout the process. She let me know when the car was to be picked up and when it was expected to be delivered. She kept in contact with the driver throughout the process. The driver was a stand up guy and he communicated with me directly as well. I knew when to expect him a day in advance. I never once had to worry if my Mercedes was in good hands or not.

Once the vehicle was receieved, I got a follow up call from Cheryl to make sure everthing was perfect and to discuss any concerns or problems. It was nice to know that they only contract with haulers that have insurance on their trucks and companies just in case anything happens. Red carpet seems to know what the going rates are and they make sure your vehicle will not sit for a driver to finally take the low price offers. The offer I rec'd was competitive with other companies and it could have been picked up the next day that the order was placed (car wasn't ready at the dealership though). Great experience and I will be using them next time for sure!
