The Red Carpet Auto Transport agent that handled the transport of my Cadillac Escalade was Cheryl. She was polite, courteous, and very detailed about all aspects of the transport of my vehicle. Cheryl always promply returned my calls, and kept me informed as to the whereabouts of my vehicle. Her service was excellent.
