We had some unusual requirements with this transport since we live overseas and could not be present for either the pick-up nor the delivery. While we had a few obstacles at the onset, Bernadette worked through all of them without a hitch. She was knowledgable and honest and did what was promised. The communication was excellent and the pricing was very fair and competitive. Johnny Messer, the driver and owner of East Knox Transport Trucking was absolutely superb as well. 5 stars to both. On time without a scratch ... Many thanks.
