I couldn't be more pleased with the service Shawn and Red Carpet provided. I made the mistake of filling out a "quote" form on a random transport site and was contact unmercifully by a ton of vendors with all different prices. I decided to come to this website and pick a local provider so at the very least if something happened I had somewhere to go to be face to face with someone. After reading the reviews Red Carpet was a NO BRAINER and let me tell you I read everything. I was VERY nervous about spending a significant amount of money and handing my keys over to a stranger. The quote I got from Red Carpet was middle of the road from the various random sites btw. Shawn answered EVERY phone call I made to him and got the answer for me quickly. I knew EVERY step of the way which really eased my mind. That all being said when I move my second vehicle in August, 100% i'll be using Red Carpet again. If I had to right a negative my car arrived filthy but that is to be expected traveling cross country in an open carrier. Thanks Shawn! Almost forgot Red Carpet even adjusted the brokerage fees so that my car would be picked up quicker absorbing the cost instead of me.
