I submitted a quote request from a site that said I would get 7 quotes within minutes. 2 or 3 of the quotes arrived within 15 minutes, of which Red Carpet was one. Red Carpet was about midway between the other 2 in cost. The cheapest sounded too good to be true, and the highest was only given by phone and I just didn't care for the feeling I got from that one. Once I called, or emailed Red Carpet, I received a call from Cheryl Phiffer, and she made me feel very comfortable with the process. I chose Red Carpet based on my conversation with Cheryl, who promised to follow me all the way through the transport, beginning to end. I was not dissappointed, as she did exactly that. She was even able to catch a move that was a week earlier than planned. My needs weren't exactly critical for the date, but it was good to get things going. Cheryl and Red Carpet held my hand all the way through to receiving the text from my son that the truck had arrived. I definitely would use Red Carpet again, and if the question ever comes up, I will gladly reccommend them! Thanks for a great experience, Cheryl!
