Alice at Red Carpet was very helpful, friendly, and really on top of things. She was able to set up a carrier for a vehicle very quickly. When we had a slight issue directly with the carrier, we contacted Alice and she was able to straighten the miscommunication right away. She is definitely a person to return to with any future support.
