Alice was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made us feel at ease in shipping our mini-van. The pick up was on time and the delivery was also on time. The transport driver was also very nice. Couldn't ask for a better experience. We recommend using Red Carpet Auto Transport and would definitely use them again for future auto transport needs.
