This was my first time shipping a vehcle with Red CarpetAuto Transport. It was a good broker service. Alice was very easy to talk to. She answered all my questions. The ratings in the BBB website were informative. The only disconnect was payment when the vehicle was delivered. But that was soon rectified be the shipper via cell phone. I would use the service again.
