This was a very easy process once I decided to go with Red Carpet. I made several calls to other companies all of which promised me the world. When I spoke with Tim, he was honest and explained the entire process very well. He set proper expectations in regards to communication and also time frame. I was quickly contacted after my order was placed. Tim told me that he had great news! He had a driver and my car was going to be picked up two days later. Super fast service along with wonderful customer service. I will be using Tim and Red Carpet again in the future.
