My experienced with Red Carpet Auto Transport was very refreshing from the moment I was shopping for a good service and reasonable price. My primary contact person was Cheryl Pfiffer. She was very helpful, professional and respectful. I asked for a quote at first and she told me I will received it thru e-mail. After that, I went on and called several more places. That same day, I got my quote as promised. The next day, I called back Cheryl and started the process of transporting my car. I felt really comfortable talking to Cheryl that in the end we were like friends. She would call me and updates me on dates the truck who will pick up my car and their information and she always offer that if I have any questions that I will call her anytime. When the truck came to pick up my car and I have some questions, I called Cheryl and she answered her phone eventhough it was a weekend. She was true to her words. My entire experience was so much more pleasant because of people like Cheryl Pfiffer. If all people in the customer business will be near like Cheryl then how much fun would it be. Even after the delivery of my car, Cheryl from red carpet auto transport called me to checked up on me if I'm satisfied. I'm beyond satisfied from this entire experience and I recommend red carpet auto transport to everybody out there who needs auto transport. You won't regret it!
