for me, it was my first time transporting a car, so it was pretty stressful picking a carrier. one of my worries was finding somebody honest to deal with and who would recognize that i had no idea what to expect or what i was doing. i spoke to a few different agents, but cheryl made a wonderful impression on me, which made me decide to go with red carpet. throughout the process, she made sure i understood what was happening each step of the way. more importantly, she was friendly, earnest and sincere in her efforts to get my highlander to lubbock. if you go with red carpet, try to get cheryl!
