We apologize for the actions of the driver/trucking company. As brokers, we check to make sure their insurance is valid, DOT record is clean and their Central Dispatch record is clean. That's what a broker does. We are sorry that this happened to your car and we will never use this company again because of it and if there are any expenses to getting your car clean, we will make sure they are taken care of by the trucking company. We do everything we can to make our customers have a good experience, but when a trucking company does something to make the experience a bad one, please write a bad review about them.
