Heather Richardson truly lived up to the name of the company - the way she treated us was always "Red Carpet". She did exactly what she indicated she would do, and did it all "with a smile" and on time. Although I was a bit nervous about the whole process, she walked me through it and made sure that all of the details fell into place in the proper way. We were delighted with the service she provided. Our rating of Heather is truly 5 STAR!!
