Based on your paradigm, thank you for your assesment of Red Carpet Auto Transport. As your narative indicated, due to the loss of your CSR at Red Carpet Auto Transport your order was in alteration. As you may well be aware of, the loss of a key employee presents many challenges, and my apologies for the break down of communication. I am sorry that corresponding with you by email fell short of your expectations. Despite these obstacles, I am very proud that your car was dispatched within days of the availability date and at the price that was quoted to you. We would love the opportunity to work with you again.
