I arranged to have my car picked up in FL and delivered to NJ by RBC. The day after I made the arrangements I needed to change the pickup date by 2 days. They assured me it would be fine. Then on the date the car was originally supposed to be picked up I got a call saying they were coming to get the car. I told them the date was changed. They could not arrange to pick up the car on the revised date and told me they would refund my deposit. The refund never came.
