I received many quotes to ship my car from Oregon to New Jersey but ultimately decided to go with Quality Transport. John was very professional and answered all my questions in a timely manner and made me feel like my car would be safe, which was a huge stress relief during this transition time in my life. I actually dropped my car off at the company yard and the driver took about 20 minutes going over the entire car in great detail. About a week later the driver called and told me the car would be delivered the next day and he would call me around noon. The driver didn't call me until later in the evening and said his truck broke down and wouldn't be able to deliver the car until the next day. The car was dropped off at my door and other than being a little bit dirty was in good shape. The battery had been disconnected but that may be standard. I have another car to ship and am using John agaiin because I know that he will work hard at making sure our experience is positive. John and Quality US Transport are top notch.
