We sincerely apologize for the mishaps that occurred with this particular order. However, there is more to it. As per our records, the customer was compensated for the damages by first getting the complete carrier transportation fee waived off and then providing the carrier insurance details to get the damages covered separately. Transportation sector is such that there are uncertainties, we did our best to get the car shipped even when the carrier cancelled at the last moment. Still, we sincerely apologize and are ready to provide as much help as we can to get this corrected.
