My 2000 Honda Civic was to be transported from SW Fl to California in approximately 5 days. First the car was not picked when scheduled. Then, there were breakdowns in the truck in Texas and on it went. The car arrived at the finally destination over a week late severely damaged. Before pickup Premium Auto demanded almost twice the original agreed to contracted price going from $725 to $1350. The actually transporter was Big Road Transportation and as I said they delivered the car severely damaged. At first the driver said I did not owe the final $1000 payment. After much back and forth haggling they offered to fix the car but then would need 7 plus days to do so. I would then owe the $1000 and they offered only $50 towards a week long rental. I refused to held hostage and would not pay the $1000. Truly the worst experience of my life. Stay far away from these companies.
