This company is the WORST,MOST DISHONEST AND INCOMPETENT company you will find out there. Before I continue, if you are considering this company, you are doing a big mistake, they are scam artists, DO NOT USE THEM. I had to move a vehicle from VA to WY and placed the order on November 24, today is JAN 6 and the vehicle is still sitting in VA. They gave me a call around December 5th (first and last call) saying that my order was dispatch to a driver and the car will be picked up on Monday DEC 7th. Car never got picked up and the person in VA even took a day off work to be there for pick up. Point to Point did not even call me to let me know that the car will not be picked up anymore, I had to call them to find out what was going on. I basically only talked to 2 representatives every time I call, lewis and some chick (she always answer the phone) every time I call for an explanation, Lewis would always say "I apologize" and the chick would pick an attitude once you start arguing with her. All they can tell you is "we haven't found a driver" and that they will make some call and let you know by the next day. Do not wait on their call simply because they will never contact you, if you call back, they will make an excuse. I'm not the only one who is not satisfied with them, sometime in December, they accidentally connected me to a customer in WA while waiting on the phone, so we started talking about the company and she was very disappointed with their service. So, please, if you are one of their customers, leave a review because we need to put an end to these scam artists. They cost me damages and lots of time and money, I had to get rental cars and spend lots of money on transportation because of them and they will regret it.
