From pickup to delivery, another excellent experience with Passport. Great communication throughout the process from the initial contact/scheduling to the delivery. And the GPS tracking feature is so reassuring as you know where your car is at all times. Car arrived in perfect condition.
I used them to transport my son's car back and forth from college halfway across the U.S. for the last four years without any problems whatsoever (8 trips). Although my son's car is not a collector or fancy vehicle, they always treated it with the same kid gloves that they do my more expensive "fun" cars that I have transported with them as well.
I always enjoy talking to their drivers when the vehicle is being loaded or unloaded...very nice people who have a real passion for what they do. Today was no different. I got to meet driver James Johnson and spend a few minutes exchanging a little piece of our respective lives. He was very engaging and like all of the Passport folks, loves his work. In fact, although he was a relatively young man, he told me he would retire with this company...that is the kind of reassuring comment you want to hear from someone who is entrusted to move an expensive piece of your property thousands of miles. I won't ever go anywhere else for this service.
