I was very pleased with my experience with Passport Transport. I originally spoke to John Scharff and made arrangements with him to have my car transported from Missouri to Massachusetts. He was very knowledgeable, detailed, polite, considerate, and represented the company very well.

Marcus (the driver) called the day before the pick up and gave me a time window. Again, very polite.

The next day, Marcus called to let me know he was on his way to pick up the vehicle. My son and I were extremely pleased. Marcus was clean, knowledgeable, careful, and again represented the company very well.

I was pleased with the overall experience and will only use Passport Transport in the future.
