I called Reliable in Orlando 3 times and they never returned my call. I received a reference to Passport Transport from a car owner that shows at Pebble Beach. I called Passport and spoke with Justin. Within 10 minutes the entire process was scheduled.

The hauler arrived when promised. The driver, Tom, was professional and he knew what he was doing. Tom took the time to carefully inspect the car before loading it. He actually drew a crowd at the shop. He was featured on American Trucker and his fans gathered for handshakes and pictures!

I was able to track the car on it's journey to Florida using Passport's on-line tracking tool. I was never concerned about the car but watching it make the trip was fun.

Tom called me to let me know when he would be arriving and arrived with the car as and when promised. Again, he was friendly and professional, a great representaive of the Company.

Overall, a 10 out of 10 experience. I will recommend Passport Transport to anyone who has a classic car and will listen!
