I contacted Passport Transport after buying a car from Ebay. They had a delivery quote on the Ebay website, it was not the lowest or highest.

I contracted with them on 11/07/2011 to pick up the car, the delivery was promised on 11/28/2011. Communication was poor, they promised to deliver everytime I emailed, but never did. And finally emails and phone calls were never returned.

This is a bad company to do business with. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PASSPORT TRANSPORT.

After waiting over three weeks, I cancelled the order on 11/30/2011 and found another carrier.

Omaha, NE to El Paso, TX especially during the holiday season is a difficult move. We did communicate this to the customer at the time of booking.
