Morgan, I am sorry that you did not have a pleasant experience. I was unaware of any issues until I followed up with you. It is a shame that you never called me so I could of helped out. Moving cross country is always very stressful. If I would have known your schedule upfront, I would of told you that your expectations were unreasonable. There is so much that can happen that is out of the drivers control. As for CAA, they move approx 100 - 150 vehicles every week. That equals on the low side 6,400 vehicles per year so for them to have 21 bad ratings out of 11,712 vehicles they have moved is a very good record. I wish you all the best ~ Joanne
