Worst Transport Experience ever..

I ship over 150 cars/mth and this is the worst ever. Just a
start of the B.S. that happened; I received the car on Thursday night @ 10:30pm,(5
days late & without 24 hour arrival notice!) 2)Thursday A.M., they told my
girlfriend to pick up the car at the Ford dealer,VERY RUDELY ALSO!,saying that was
ok to do that(I paid for DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE?; SHE FLATLY REFUSED! she was very
upset at them.*(I was at work) 3)They wanted me to sign & pay without checking out
the car, i refused and pulled it into my garage. 3)I noticed the paperwork(dated
4-12-11) had no I.D. references to 'lines' on copy, so I noted them on the
paperwork;*{scratched paint near right taillight;paint worn on 2 spots on rear
bumper,looks like tie strap marks; fluids on hood & trunk; also grease spots on
interior of drivers door, although not noted.) I've had cars shipped to and this is
by far THE WORST service I've ever received!!! The bumpers
were just painted and now have to be redone.
