Needed a last minute transport from Chicago to Arizona for my motorcycle in an enclosed trailer.. I literally called Arthur on a Sunday for a Monday transport because the prior contracted company burned me on scheduled delivery date. I cannot say how appreciative I was able to get hold of Arthur at the last minute and his customer service and professionalism were outstanding. The motorcycle was picked up the next morning and transported to Arizona quickly and safely delivered… Highly recommend their service. Transport drivers were extremely professional and easy to work with my concerns and always in contact with myself from pick up to delivery.
