I contacted On Track regarding transportation and they were very knowledgeable of the process. Possibly too knowledgeable on how to rip someone off $150 deposit and then never hear from them again. We were in contact via email and all was set to go yet when I attempted to contact them and set up transportation I was unable to get a confirmed response. After the required shipping date had passed and the vehicle had not yet been shipped I sent yet another email correspondence for refund of the $150 deposit for services not received and have yet to get a response from anyone at this company nor a refund on my credit card. This company was quick to take my deposit yet all other services provided by On Track was less than satisfying. Before I sat down to submit this review I even expressed my dissatisfaction to On Track with a notice that I'd be submitting a review regarding their poor/lack of service, again no response.
SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Go with a company who follows through!!!
