I had a very disappointing experience with Nexus Auto Transport and would not recommend them. I was quoted $1,555 and told a driver would be found within a few days, but over a week passed with no driver assigned and no real progress. I kept getting vague updates like “we’re working on it,” while my car sat at Copart accumulating storage fees. After looking into it myself, I realized the job was being posted for much higher than what I was quoted, which made it clear the original price was unrealistic. Instead of being upfront about that, they continued to lead me on. Communication was also poor. The person I initially booked with disappeared, and I was passed between different reps with no clear answers or accountability. Eventually, I was told the cheapest driver would cost around $3,000—nearly double the original quote. At that point, I canceled because I had no confidence in the process. Overall, this felt very misleading, with unrealistic pricing and lack of transparency. I would strongly recommend being cautious if you consider using them.
