I called NewWay after another company never came and picked up the car. Cynthia called back and said they had a driver and the cost would be 725.00 which I thought was reasonable and that the dispatcher would call me with the information of who would be picking up the car. The driver called me but I missed his call (Allyn) for pickup on Friday, May 7th 2010. I appologized and he said he would pick it up the next day which he did. He was great. Allyn called my son and he received his car on Wednesday May 12th that evening. My son was thrilled his car arrived early then expected. Sincerely, J. Thane
