I arranged transport for my daughter’s car when she moved for college. Since I had never shipped a vehicle before, I asked a lot of questions. The Navi Auto rep was patient and explained things like open carriers vs enclosed shipping. Pickup happened in our neighborhood without any problems and the driver seemed experienced. The only thing I’d say is the delivery window could be more precise, but considering the distance the car traveled, everything went smoothly.
