My biggest concern was dealing with brokers who disappear after taking your deposit. Navi Auto didn’t feel like that at all. They walked me through how the carrier assignment works and even sent inspection photos before the car was loaded. I transported a BMW 3-Series from Florida to Colorado and tracked the progress through regular updates. Delivery took about four days which was actually faster than the estimate. The driver even helped guide me through the inspection checklist before signing off. Really professional experience.
