The broker falsely advertised that they only work with carriers who maintain a perfect safety record. After I checked the assigned carrier's DOT safety profile, I found multiple violations and accidents. The broker is openly lying about their vetting process, jeopardizing the safety of my vehicle for a cheaper contract.
