I explicitly told the broker the car had an aftermarket roof rack, but this wasn't communicated to the carrier. The carrier then tried to charge an 'oversize vehicle' fee upon pickup, which the broker initially refused to negotiate or cover. Dishonest fee practices and poor detail management.
