The upfront salesman was helpful but gave us incorrect information on dates and after that it was a complete disaster. Don't plan on any schedule they give you or time frame that day. They sell your transport off and you are working with a 3rd party. I can be flexible but 2 days late on pick up and 3 days late drop on drop off. I gave the driver and NAVI my daughter's phone number because I had to fly back home. Again, they were late on the delivery window day of delivery. Our 19 year old daughter has 475.00 in cash and the driver is calling me to help with a place to park. The worst part was the pick up, they extorted my husband for another $200.00 because of the items in the car. They were less than 100lbs but they said it had to be in the back cargo area.The company was FAST TRANS LLC out of Denver. The driver was rude and threatening, at this point, we just needed to car to get to Tempe, AZ. Do not use this company, complete nightmare.
