Absolutely awful

I was quoted $800 to ship my car from Vero Beach to Western North Carolina. I signed the contract. three weeks in advance of availability date. They blamed an internal software change for booking it on their records for July, even though my written contract said June 11. They begged me to stay with them and they promised expedited service. They called once to say they had an offer for $250 more than my quote, which I agreed to, but then they reneged on that. On the fourth day after our initial availability date, we canceled the contract and drove the car, which made us lose a refundable deposit on our airline tickets. I realize almost all of these companies are brokers, but there was a website that gave them high marks. Boy, were they wrong!
