Easily 0 stars. I’m actually confused on how they have any good reviews. The day my car was supposed to be picked up, I heard nothing from them. I had to call THEM and then they informed me that my car can’t be picked up until the next day. Strike one. I had to rearrange all of my moving plans. I explained this to them and their response was “well you’re already getting the lowest price so there’s nothing we can do”. Strike two. Prior to my car being picked up, I was told that my credit card was charged almost the full amount and that I will owe $149 on the delivery day. Then the day my car was supposed to be delivered, they told me they made a mistake and I would owe $1300 at delivery. Strike three. The team was disrespectful, unprofessional, and unhelpful. I asked to speak to a manager multiple times and none of them could transfer me to a manager. They said a manager will give me a call back. Never received a call. Never will use them again. The absolute worst.
