When my brakes went out, and there was no option to stay in the town where my vehicle was stored, Raphael Diaz came to the rescue. The original plan was to drive my vehicle home with a follow car. The reality was that we were in a town 670 miles from home, and we needed to get across the country, and now had a vehicle we couldn't safely drive ourselves. Raphael organized everything. He provided timely communication, and organized everything on both sides of the trip - even when we needed to move from mechanic to mechanic - drop off site unseen. I'd recommend him to anyone.
