From the point of P/U to delivery was a nightmare of poor communication and then to top it off they damaged the roof of my 64 VW single cab ! At the original point of P/U this is an e-mail received from seller , "The truck driver is a moron. Just called an asked to pick up the truck at 11 pm. I told him no because I work at 5 am. He then asked to come at 4 am! Ridiculous. I told him to come at 7 am. I got it worked out with my supervisor. Hopefully we will get it loaded tomorrow." "Did our driver make it this morning ? " "Not yet. He's late. He's going to be over an hour late. I have the paperwork scheduled for FedEx pick up today." Then the VW went to Texas for a few days then to Tennessee for another few days then he headed north east to NY, I wonder how many times my VW was on and off the trailer as it started off the very last vehicle on the trailer ? " Was very disappointed with National Transport ! Just want to start off with communication of drop off , at no point did they advise 24 hrs ahead of time..... First it was me that contacted the driver Igor and del date started with a possible Friday drop off then it changed to Saturday then he said Sunday. The next time I called the driver he said Monday morning and I agreed , then National called on Sunday 6pm and asked could I go then , I advised that wouldn't be possible and agreed time Monday morning was the time I could make it. It was nice to see that the driver had made it on time Monday morning , I checked the body of the truck and all lower components for any damage and didn't note any and paid the driver. Upon further inspection I checked the roof line and discovered a large dent ...... As you can see with the truck loaded on his trailer there is no dent apparent ! " After I had notified Alex of damage he had advised to get quotes for damage repair, this was communicated to Alex at National after that all communication stopped........ I have also advised the Broker of all, and to this date Alex at National has ignored all attempts of a resolution ?????????? In closing I would Highly recommend to avoid this company ! Shawn
