We have researched this and have no record of any customer named "Kris". Obviously this is just another spiteful competitor trying to discredit us. Why doesn't this mysterious "Kris" person have a job referance number? And why would we ask for the credit card info for the reservation fee but not run the card? The real shame here is the fact the we have to even waste our time responding to fake negative reviews.
