Fraudulent Delivery Promise

On Dec. 16 I contacted this company. I was told they had a transport to pickup my vehicle the next day. They said they would not charge my Credit Card until the transport was confirmed. They immediately charged my card, never had anyone to transport my vehicle. One week, two weeks passed and still no word nor no transport. As of today 1/15/14 they refuse to credit the $150 on my card for a service they never provided. I've called and emailed several times leaving messages each time. I never received any return calls and the 2 emails I did receive, stated that they would look into the matter but wouldn't promise a full refund. BEWARE- - THIS COMPANY IS SCAMING PEOPLE. They are taking peoples money. DISHONEST, UNREPUTABLE PEOPLE. I will keep their information and anyone I come in contact will needing a vehicle transported, get a full disclosure on their DECEITFUL business practices. Don't fall victim to this fraudulent company. Find a different transport company.

I am going to continue my pursuit and bring attention of this situation to the local TV station.

We have researched this and have no record of any customer named "Kris". Obviously this is just another spiteful competitor trying to discredit us. Why doesn't this mysterious "Kris" person have a job referance number? And why would we ask for the credit card info for the reservation fee but not run the card? The real shame here is the fact the we have to even waste our time responding to fake negative reviews.
