This customer was offered 4 carriers by us in this industry there are no agreed upon prices due to the drivers have accept bid. Customer was rude and cursed all employees off. We have a cancel policy wich Mrs. Tardi was informed of and refused to sign the cancel policy. Customer did not want to hear that its snow bird season and rates jump up as this quote was given to mrs. tardi in october.. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT IN THE TRANSPORT BUISNESS WE CAN NOT FORCE DRIVERS TO TAKE THE JOB...
