Motor Movers completed as promised and Mary kept in constent touch. This was helpful as we were transporting the car to a daughter in college and the logistics of pickup and delivery where of great concern for us. The driver was able to meet our needs on location and time of day so no school was missed. This is an unusual business that you must be flexible with in regards to shipping a car with any company. Motor Movers and Mary in paticular set us at ease with this first time experience.

The driver conducted a carefull inspection of our car and delivered with no damage, not even a small ding. I would trust this driver and Motor Movers again in the future.

A suggestion for the industry as a whole. Install a GPS tracker on your truck and give the customer a code to track for a period of days. This will stop a barrage of phone calls and allow the customer to see just where the car is. It is cheap technology and would add to the customer experince and comfort. Flight tracker would be a good system to copy, who ever develops this idea could make a pretty little penny....
