My contact at Motor Movers did a great job explaining the transportation process for me and in getting me a carrier for my vehicle. I was currently in the process of a big move and I was not always available to be reached by phone. Despite this, Motor Movers were still able to work around this and contacted me through other mediums resulting in my car finding a carrier very quickly. I would use them again if I need to ship another vehicle.
