Besides being late to pickup, the driver is condescending and threatening upon delivery. "My way or highway" type of attitude, made a stressful situation even less professional and utterly disappointing. The dispatcher could care less about the customer. The driver could care less about the customer. They don't care about your time. The world apparently revolves around their schedule. This carrier is contracted out by other agencies. Run away. Not worth the stress and trouble and also the attitude. Pay someone else.
