Working with Montway was a nightmare from start to finish! First, you will mostly speak to bots so communication is very poor, except for the initial sales rep who lies to you about price and dates. He quoted me a price, took a credit card deposit, and then I was charged 50% more than the quoted price. Of course I was not told that the price increased until after the scheduled pick up date, so it was too late to find another company. They did not pick up the car for a full week after the set pick up date and I had to leave the car in a Home Depot parking lot unlocked with the key inside. 3 days later, it was dropped off at a parking lot in front of a casino and I was given no notice that it was arriving. The most frustrating part was that I called them, emailed them and tried on-line chat so many times and could never get a person who could give me any real information. The whole experience was so stressful and I paid $500 more than other quoted prices because they "played" me. Do not use Montway. It is an expensive stressful lesson for me.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I'm sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations. Our True Price Guarantee, as stated on our website, is valid for 30 days after booking. In order to accommodate the changing market, sometimes we have to present other options if shipments extend beyond that 30-day window. There are instances where this price may need some adjusting depending on supply and demand. When a driver offers to take a shipment for a higher rate, Montway will always pass that option on to our customers and leave the decision in their hands. It is important to note that our customers are never forced to accept the offered option. Our team is happy to continue searching for a driver who will complete the shipment based on the originally quoted price - but they may extend the amount of time it takes to find a driver.
