This information is also included in our quote and booking emails. For shippers with load restrictions, we would ask that they please inquire about our expedited service solutions. In regards to the additional amount that was asked from you and the true price guarantee that we offer, as stated on our website, the price is valid for 30 days after the booking. In order to accommodate the changing market, sometimes we have to present other options. There are instances where this price may need some adjusting depending on supply and demand. When a load is posted, and a driver offers to take it, but for a higher rate, Montway will always pass that offer on to our customers and leave the option in their hands. It is important to note that our customers are never forced to accept the offered option - you are more than welcome to continue searching for a driver who will complete the shipment based on the originally quoted price.
