I recently hired Montway Auto Transport to move three vehicles, and all three arrived with damage that was not present before pickup. I followed their claims process exactly as instructed, submitted every required document, and provided clear photos showing the condition before and after transport. Despite this, Montway denied the claims without a meaningful explanation. Since then, they have completely stopped responding — no returned calls, no replies to emails, and no effort to resolve the situation. I’ve made multiple attempts to communicate professionally, and each one has been ignored. Based on my experience, customers should be aware that if your vehicles are damaged during transport, you may be left with the repair costs and no support. I cannot recommend Montway Auto Transport.
